Scope & Eligibility
Million Dreams provides luxury real estate advisory services to individuals aged 21+ and corporate entities with a valid trading licence. Content on this site is not an offer or solicitation to sell real estate in jurisdictions where such solicitation is unlawful.
Updates
We may revise clauses periodically. Continued use of our channels constitutes acceptance of revised terms. Material changes will be announced via email or website banners.
Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate, up-to-date KYC documentation and ensure you have authority to represent any third parties referenced.
Advisor Role
Million Dreams curates developer introductions and market intelligence; we are not a financing institution nor a party to developer contracts unless stated in writing.
Usage License
You may view, download and print site materials for personal reference only. Republishing, scraping or automated harvesting is prohibited.
Liability
Accuracy of Information
While we verify every launch brief and investment highlight, information is ultimately provided by developer partners and may change without notice. Always review the official SPA, disclosure statements, and RERA documentation before transacting.
Indemnity
Your Safeguard
You agree to indemnify Million Dreams against claims arising from misuse of our materials, breach of confidentiality, or violation of any applicable UAE laws during the buying process.
Fees
Million Dreams fees are disclosed before engagement. Some projects are developer-funded, others are billed through advisory retainers or buyer success fees.
Compliance
All transactions must comply with RERA, DLD and UAE AML regulations. We may pause service should we be unable to verify client identity.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai Courts.
